Covee is in no way responsible for incorrect- or late deliveries by its suppliers.
If an order is returned to Covee because of a fault by the customer, i.e. an incorrect delivery address or not being able to accept the delivery, then the customer will have to pay the same shipping costs again to have the order re-shipped.
EVERYthing that is returned to Covee MUST be shipped in boxes with correct postage. Shipments without postage will not be accepted.
If the reason for returning the product is Covee’s fault, for example an incorrect item that has been shipped, then the costs for postage will be reimbursed by a credit or payment.
If the reason for returning the product is the customer’s fault, or an exchange, then the costs for postage will need to be fully paid by the customer. In case of an exchange, Covee then pays for re-shipping.
